The Clarke Indians volleyball team (Osceola, IA), was nudged 2-1 in Thursday's non-league challenge with the host Pleasantville Trojans (Pleasantville, IA)

The Trojans (7-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Southeast Warren (Liberty Center, IA). The Warhawks enter the non-league challenge with a 1-6 record. In their last challenge, Southeast Warren nipped Nodaway Valley (Greenfield, IA), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Indians encounter the Centerville Big Reds/Redettes (Centerville, IA) in a South Central challenge, on Tuesday, September 12. Clarke will attempt to move on its 5-5 season record. The Big Reds/Redettes enter the challenge with a 8-7 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Beckman (Dyersville, IA).
