The Grand Rapids Thunderhawks volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Denfeld Hunters to 0 in the Thunderhawks league victory on Thursday.
The Thunderhawks now possess a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Minneapolis Southwest for a non-league game on Saturday, September 9. Grand Rapids will meet a Lakers team coming off a 3-0 league win over North Community (Minneapolis, MN). The Lakers record now stands at 1-0.
The Hunters (2-2) will now prepare for their game against Como Park (St. Paul, MN). The Cougars enter the non-league game with a 1-3 record. In their last game, Como Park was dropped by St. Croix Lutheran (West St. Paul, MN), 3-1, in a non-league game.
