Alabama High School Volleyball - Grissom edged by Sparkman

The Sparkman Senators held off the visiting Grissom Tigers volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Thursday's league test.

The Senators now have a 5-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Madison County for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 12. Sparkman will confront a Tigers team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Boaz (Boaz, AL). The Tigers record now stands at 21-7.

The Tigers (5-10) will now prepare for their test against Florence (Florence, AL). The Falcons enter the non-league test with a 3-5 record.
