Maine High School Volleyball - Maranacook overwhelmed by Westbrook

In Thursday's non-league battle, the visiting Westbrook Blue Blazes volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Maranacook Black Bears.
The Blue Blazes (1-2) will now prepare for their battle against Portland (Portland, ME). The Bulldogs come into the non-league battle with a 2-0 record. In their last battle, Portland achieved victory over Massabesic (Waterboro, ME), 3-0, in a league battle.
Next, the Black Bears clash with the Lee Academy Pandas (Lee, ME) in a Class C battle, on Saturday, September 9. Maranacook will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record. The Pandas come into the battle with a 0-2 record after their 3-0 league loss to Woodland (Baileyville, ME).
