In Thursday's league battle, the visiting North Linn Lynx volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Marquette Mohawks.
The Lynx (7-2) will now prepare for their battle against Central (Elkader, IA). The Warriors come into the non-league battle with a 0-9 record. In their last battle, Central lost by Central City (Central City, IA), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Mohawks clash with the Easton Valley (Preston, IA) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, September 19. Marquette will attempt to advance on its 1-8 season record.
