The Thunder (3-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Timber Lake (Timber Lake, SD). The Panthers enter the non-league challenge with a 2-3 record. In their last challenge, Timber Lake was dropped by Herreid/Selby (Herreid, SD), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Mustangs meet the Potter County co-op [Gettysburg/Hoven] Battlers (Gettysburg, SD) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 14. McLaughlin will attempt to move on its 3-6 season record. The Battlers enter the challenge with a 3-6 record after their 3-1 league loss to Highmore/Harrold (Highmore, SD).
