Alabama High School Volleyball - Sylacauga can't hold off Pike Road

In Thursday's non-league battle, the visiting Pike Road Patriots volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Sylacauga Aggies.
The Patriots (11-2) will now prepare for their battle against Oxford (Oxford, AL). The Yellow Jackets come into the non-league battle with a 8-1 record. In their last battle, Oxford nudged Cleburne County (Heflin, AL), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Aggies clash with the Alexandria Valley Cubs (Alexandria, AL) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, September 7. Sylacauga will attempt to advance on its 7-5 season record. The Valley Cubs come into the battle with a 11-0 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Holly Pond (Holly Pond, AL).
