The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Sequoyah Eagles (Claremore, OK) and the host Wagoner Bulldogs (Wagoner, OK), saw Sequoyah's volleyball squad beat Wagoner by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Sequoyah upgrades its record to 7-5 on the year. The Eagles travel to Oklahoma Union (South Coffeyville, OK) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 12. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 3-14. Oklahoma Union lost 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Victory Christian (Tulsa, OK)

The Bulldogs now own a 6-7 record. They play next when they travel to Duncan for a non-league bout on Friday, September 8. Wagoner will play a Demons squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to MacArthur (Lawton, OK). The Demons record now stands at 7-4.
