New Mexico High School Football - Legacy Academy smashes Hozho Academy

The Legacy Academy Silverbacks (Albuquerque, NM) football trounced the visiting Hozho Academy Wolves (Gallup, NM), 53-3 in Saturday's non-league outing.

The Silverbacks now sport a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Santa Fe Indian for a non-league outing on Friday, September 13. Legacy Academy will clash with a Braves squad coming off a 52-0 non-league loss to Laguna Acoma (New Laguna, NM). The Braves record now stands at 1-2.

With the defeat, Hozho Academy drops to 2-1 on the campaign. The Wolves host Capitan (Capitan, NM) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league outing on Saturday, September 14. The Tigers come into the outing with a record of 0-2. Capitan lost 54-0 in their recent non-league outing against Hot Springs (Truth or Consequences, NM)
