The Kalaheo Mustangs football squad scored 72 points and limited the visiting Kalani Falcons to 14 in the Mustangs league triumph on Saturday.

The Mustangs now hold a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Kaiser for a OIA II test on Saturday, September 14. Kalaheo will meet a Cougars squad coming off a 22-21 league loss to Castle (Kaneohe, HI). The Cougars record now stands at 1-1.

With the defeat, Kalani drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to McKinley (Honolulu, HI) to meet the Tigers in a OIA II test on Saturday, September 14. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 0-3. McKinley lost 63-6 in their recent league test against Roosevelt (Honolulu, HI)
