Sierra Timberwolves (Manteca, CA) followers went home in high spirits Saturday as they saw their flag football team triumph over the visiting Torres Toros (Madera, CA), 40-6 in a non-league battle.

With the win, Sierra advances its record to 7-4 on the season. The Timberwolves host Central Catholic (Modesto, CA) to play the Raiders in a Valley Oak League battle on Tuesday, September 10. The Raiders go into the battle with a record of 0-0.

The Toros now own a 3-2 record. They play next when they travel to Buhach Colony for a non-league battle on Thursday, September 12. Torres will play a Thunder team coming off a 26-13 non-league win over Enochs (Modesto, CA). The Thunder record now stands at 3-4.
