In Saturday's non-league outing, the host Academy of the Holy Angels Angels soccer squad scored a tight 1-0 victory over the Waldwick Warriors.
The Angels (1-0) will now prepare for their outing against Paramus (Paramus, NJ). The Spartans go into the non-league outing with a 1-0 record. In their last outing, Paramus got by Matawan Regional (Aberdeen, NJ), 3-1, in a non-league outing.
