Fans at Saturday's non-league battle between the Warrior Run Defenders (Turbotville, PA) and the visiting Shalom Christian Academy Flames (Chambersburg, PA), saw Warrior Run's soccer squad prevail over Shalom Christian Academy by a count of 4-0.

The Defenders (3-1) will now prepare for their battle against Loyalsock Township (Williamsport, PA). The Lancers enter the Heartland II battle with a 2-3 record. In their last battle, Loyalsock Township tipped Jersey Shore (Jersey Shore, PA), 4-0, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Flames battle the Winters Mill Falcons (Westminster, MD) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, September 12. Shalom Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record.
