Fans at Saturday's non-league battle between the Circleville Tigers (Circleville, OH) and the visiting Sheridan Generals (Thornville, OH), saw Circleville's soccer squad knock off Sheridan by a count of 2-0.

The Tigers (5-1) will now prepare for their battle against McClain (Greenfield, OH). The Tigers enter the non-league battle with a 2-3 record. In their last battle, McClain by Jackson (Jackson, OH), 7-0, in a league battle.

Next up, the Generals battle the John Glenn Little Muskies (New Concord, OH) in a Muskingum Valley battle, on Tuesday, September 10. Sheridan will attempt to upgrade on its 1-6 season record. The Little Muskies enter the battle with a 5-1 record after their 1-0 non-league win over Zanesville (Zanesville, OH).
