Dryden Lions (Dryden, NY) backers exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Greene Trojans (Greene, NY), 10-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Dryden advances its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Charles O. Dickerson (Trumansburg, NY) to clash with the Blue Raiders in a Interscholastic Athletic Conference (IAC) test on Tuesday, September 10. The Blue Raiders come into the test with a record of 0-0.
The Trojans now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Walton for a Midstate Athletic Conference test on Tuesday, September 10. Greene will clash with a Warriors team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Liberty (Liberty, NY). The Warriors record now stands at 2-1.
