Pennsylvania High School Soccer - Southern Columbia Area knocks off Towanda

In Saturday's non-league outing, the visiting Southern Columbia Area Tigers soccer squad scored a tight 3-0 victory over the Towanda Black Knights.
The Tigers (2-1) will now prepare for their outing against Hughesville (Hughesville, PA). The Spartans go into the PIAA District IV-AA outing with a 1-3 record. In their last outing, Hughesville by Selinsgrove (Selinsgrove, PA), 2-1, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Black Knights play the North Penn-Liberty Mountie (Liberty, PA) in a North Tier outing, on Tuesday, September 10. Towanda will attempt to improve on its 3-2 season record. The Mountie go into the outing with a 3-3 record after their 4-0 non-league loss to Montoursville (Montoursville, PA).
