The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Ashland-Greenwood Bluejays (Ashland, NE) and the host Wahoo Warriors (Wahoo, NE), observed Ashland-Greenwood's softball team prevail over Wahoo by a tally of 16-0.

The Bluejays (7-6) will now prepare for their bout against Lakeview (Columbus, NE). The Vikings go into the non-league bout with a 4-5 record. In their last bout, Lakeview was routed by Wayne (Wayne, NE), 3-2, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Warriors clash with the Gross Catholic Cougars (Omaha, NE) in a non-league bout, on Monday, September 9. Wahoo will attempt to advance on its 7-6 season record. The Cougars go into the bout with a 4-7 record after their 6-4 non-league loss to Guardian Angels Central Catholic (West Point, NE).
