The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the St. Cecilia Bluehawks (Hastings, NE) and the host Gross Catholic Cougars (Omaha, NE), observed St. Cecilia's softball team get by Gross Catholic by a final score of 11-4.

The Bluehawks (8-2) will now prepare for their bout against Bishop Neumann (Wahoo, NE). The Cavaliers go into the non-league bout with a 8-1 record. In their last bout, Bishop Neumann tipped Fort Calhoun (Fort Calhoun, NE), 8-0, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Cougars battle the Wahoo Warriors (Wahoo, NE) in a non-league bout, on Monday, September 9. Gross Catholic will attempt to better on its 4-6 season record. The Warriors go into the bout with a 7-5 record after their 4-2 non-league loss to Crete (Crete, NE).
