Ralston Rams (Ralston, NE) backers left the game pleased Saturday as they saw their softball squad thwart the visiting Omaha South Packers (Omaha, NE), 10-0 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, Ralston upgrades its record to 7-3 on the year. The Rams travel to Blair (Blair, NE) to play the Bears in a B District 2 game on Tuesday, September 10. The Bears enter the game with a record of 12-4.
The Packers now own a 6-6 record. They play next when they travel to Buena Vista for a A District game on Tuesday, September 10. Omaha South will play a Bison squad coming off a 13-10 non-league loss to Falls City (Falls City, NE). The Bison record now stands at 5-6.
