In Saturday's non-league match, the Chequamegon Screaming Eagles (Park Falls, WI) volleyball squad tipped the host Ashland Oredockers (Ashland, WI), by a final score of 2-1.

Next up, the Screaming Eagles confront the Northland Pines Eagles (Eagle River, WI) in a non-league match, on Saturday, September 7. Chequamegon will attempt to advance on its 5-6 season record. The Eagles enter the match with a 2-6 record after their 3-0 league loss to Lakeland (Minocqua, WI).

The Oredockers (1-9) will now prepare for their match against Tomahawk (Tomahawk, WI). The Hatchets enter the non-league match with a 6-8 record.
