South Carolina High School Volleyball - Ashley Ridge over Spring Valley

In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Ashley Ridge Swamp Foxes volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Spring Valley Vikings.

The Swamp Foxes (5-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Walhalla (Walhalla, SC). The Razorbacks come into the non-league challenge with a 11-2 record. In their last challenge, Walhalla beat Crescent (Iva, SC), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Vikings meet the Ridge View Blazers (Columbia, SC) in a AAAAA Region 5 challenge, on Tuesday, September 10. Spring Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 3-11 season record. The Blazers come into the challenge with a 1-6 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Coastal Christian (Wilmington, NC).
