In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Bishop Heelan Catholic Crusaders volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Red Oak Tigers.

The Crusaders (10-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Sergeant Bluff-Luton (Sergeant Bluff, IA). The Warriors enter the challenge with a 7-4 record. In their last challenge, Sergeant Bluff-Luton beat Le Mars (Le Mars, IA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Tigers meet the Jefferson Yellowjackets (Council Bluffs, IA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 7. Red Oak will attempt to upgrade on its 5-8 season record. The Yellowjackets enter the challenge with a 4-6 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Woodbine (Woodbine, IA).
