In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Carbon Hill Bulldogs volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Colbert County Indians.

The Bulldogs (5-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Lindsay Lane Christian Academy (Athens, AL). The Lions come into the non-league challenge with a 13-6 record. In their last challenge, Lindsay Lane Christian Academy was beaten by Mars Hill Bible (Florence, AL), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Indians meet the Phil Campbell Bobcats (Phil Campbell, AL) in a 3A Area 15 challenge, on Monday, September 9. Colbert County will attempt to upgrade on its 0-9 season record. The Bobcats come into the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Hackleburg (Hackleburg, AL).
