The Crete-Monee Warriors volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Joliet Central Steelmen to 1 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Warriors now possess a 4-2 record. They play next when they travel to Lincoln-Way Central for a non-league outing on Monday, September 9. Crete-Monee will clash with a Knights team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Plainfield Central (Plainfield, IL). The Knights record now stands at 3-5.

With the loss, Joliet Central drops to 2-3 on the campaign. The Steelmen travel to Plainfield South (Plainfield, IL) to clash with the Cougars in a Southwest Prairie outing on Thursday, September 12. The Cougars come into the outing with a record of 4-4.
