In Saturday's league challenge, the host Dubuque Senior Rams volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Jefferson Hawks.

The Rams (7-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Oskaloosa (Oskaloosa, IA). The Indians enter the challenge with a 2-5 record. In their last challenge, Oskaloosa was beaten by Norwalk (Norwalk, IA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Hawks meet the Hempstead Mustangs (Dubuque, IA) in a challenge, on Tuesday, September 10. Jefferson will attempt to upgrade on its 2-7 season record. The Mustangs enter the challenge with a 6-2 record after their 2-1 league loss to Clear Creek-Amana (Tiffin, IA).
