Illinois High School Volleyball - St. Anthony Fairfield

Fairfield Mules (Fairfield, IL) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host St. Anthony Bulldogs (Effingham, IL), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Fairfield improves its record to 9-3 on the season. The Mules travel to Arthur-Lovington/Atwood-Hammond (Arthur, IL) to face the Knights in a non-league test on Saturday, September 7. The Knights go into the test with a record of 2-2. Arthur-Lovington/Atwood-Hammond lost 2-1 in their recent non-league test against St. Teresa (Decatur, IL)

The Bulldogs now own a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Marshall for a non-league test on Thursday, September 19.
