Gray's Creek Bears (Hope Mills, NC) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Ridge View Blazers (Columbia, SC), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Gray's Creek improves its record to 7-3 on the season. The Bears travel to Hoggard (Wilmington, NC) to face the Vikings in a non-league test on Saturday, September 7. The Vikings go into the test with a record of 8-3. Hoggard won 3-1 in their recent league test against Topsail (Hampstead, NC)

The Blazers now own a 1-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Coastal Christian for a non-league test on Saturday, September 7. Ridge View will face a Centurions squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Greenfield (Wilson, NC). The Centurions record now stands at 7-4.
