With the win, Henry Clay improves its record to 8-7 on the season. The Blue Devils host Frederick Douglass (Lexington, KY) to face the Broncos in a District 42 test on Tuesday, September 10. The Pioneers now own a 7-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Buckhorn for a non-league test on Saturday, September 7. Lebanon will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Lee County (Beattyville, KY). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-2.
