In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting McAlester Buffaloes volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Sequoyah Indians.

The Buffaloes (12-16) will now prepare for their challenge against Glenpool (Glenpool, OK). The Warriors come into the non-league challenge with a 7-9 record. In their last challenge, Glenpool was beaten by Duncan (Duncan, OK), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Indians meet the East Central Cardinals (Tulsa, OK) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, September 9. Sequoyah will attempt to upgrade on its 4-12 season record. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a 0-5 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Metro Christian (Tulsa, OK).
