Georgia High School Volleyball - Northwest Whitfield Silverdale Academy

Silverdale Academy Seahawks (Chattanooga, TN) followers left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Northwest Whitfield Bruins (Tunnel Hill, GA), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Silverdale Academy advances its record to 12-2 on the season. The Seahawks travel to Gordon Lee (Chickamauga, GA) to face the Trojans in a non-league test on Saturday, September 7. The Trojans go into the test with a record of 18-4. Gordon Lee lost 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Villa Rica (Villa Rica, GA)

The Bruins now sport a 6-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Gilmer for a 3A Area 7 test on Tuesday, September 10. Northwest Whitfield will face a Bobcats squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Rhea County (Evensville, TN). The Bobcats record now stands at 2-23.
