The Clinton Yellowjackets (Clinton, AR) football routed the host Hall Warriors (Little Rock, AR), 57-20 in Thursday's league bout.
In their next game, the Yellowjackets face the Mayflower Eagles (Mayflower, AR) in a 4A Region 4 bout, on Friday, September 16. Clinton will attempt to advance on its 3-0 season record. The Eagles enter the bout with a 1-1 record after their 35-6 non-league win over Drew Central (Monticello, AR).
The Warriors now sport a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pottsville for a 4A Region 4 game on Saturday, September 17. Hall will meet a Apaches team coming off a 22-21 league loss to Harmony Grove (Benton, AR). The Apaches record now stands at 0-3.
