The Fort Vancouver Trappers football team (Vancouver, WA), was beaten 49-20 in Thursday's non-league challenge with the host Hoquiam Grizzlies (Hoquiam, WA)
The Grizzlies (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against La Salle (Union Gap, WA). The Lightning come into the non-league challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, La Salle was beaten by Omak (Omak, WA), 20-16, in a non-league challenge.
The Trappers now sport a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they host Stevenson for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 16. Fort Vancouver will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 13-0 non-league win over Columbia (White Salmon, WA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-1.
