The Meadowbrook Monarchs (Richmond, VA) football nudged the visiting J.R. Tucker Tigers (Henrico, VA), 12-6 in Thursday's non-league bout.
In their next game, the Monarchs clash with the Thomas Dale Knights (Chester, VA) in a Central bout, on Friday, September 16. Meadowbrook will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record. The Knights enter the bout with a 2-0 record after their 42-21 non-league win over Hermitage (Richmond, VA).
The Tigers (1-2) will now prepare for their bout against Deep Run (Glen Allen, VA). The Wildcats enter the Colonial bout with a 1-2 record.
