Texas High School Football - Rowlett drops to Naaman Forest

September 8, 2022: Garland, TX 75040

In Thursday's league game, the Naaman Forest Rangers (Garland, TX) football team knocked off the visiting Rowlett Eagles (Rowlett, TX), by a final score of 33-22.

The Rangers (1-2) will now prepare for their game against Wylie East (Wylie, TX). The Raiders come into the 6A Region II District 9 game with a 2-0 record. In their last game, Wylie East toppled Grand Prairie (Grand Prairie, TX), 37-14, in a non-league game.

The Eagles now hold a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they host Sachse for a 6A Region II District 9 game on Friday, September 16. Rowlett will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 35-28 league loss to Lakeview Centennial (Garland, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 0-3.
