The Arleta Mustangs volleyball team (Arleta, CA), was nudged 2-1 in Thursday's non-league challenge with the visiting San Fernando Tigers (San Fernando, CA)

The Tigers (2-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Sylmar (Sylmar, CA). The Spartans enter the challenge with a 6-9 record. In their last challenge, Sylmar was nudged by Kennedy (Granada Hills, CA), 2-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Mustangs meet the Poly Parrots (Sun Valley, CA) in a challenge, on Wednesday, September 14. Arleta will attempt to move on its 0-3 season record.
