Bishop Brossart Mustangs (Alexandria, KY) fans were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Grant County Braves (Dry Ridge, KY), 3-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Mustangs confront the Calvary Christian Cougars (Covington, KY) in a District 37 challenge, on Tuesday, September 13. Bishop Brossart will attempt to better on its 6-3 season record.
The Braves now have a 7-1 record. They take the field next when they host Carroll County for a non-league challenge on Saturday, September 10. Grant County will confront a Panthers team coming off a 1-0 league win over Gallatin County (Warsaw, KY). The Panthers record now stands at 3-5.
