The crowd at Thursday's non-league test between the Southern Alamance Patriots (Graham, NC) and the visiting Cedar Ridge Fighting Red Wolves (Hillsborough, NC), saw Southern Alamance's soccer squad beat Cedar Ridge by a count of 5-1.
The Patriots now hold a 4-3 record. They play next when they host Chapel Hill for a DAC-VII 4A test on Tuesday, September 13. Southern Alamance will meet a Tigers squad coming off a 0-0 non-league Leesville Road (Raleigh, NC). The Tigers record now stands at 2-1.
With the loss, Cedar Ridge drops to 3-4 on the season. The Fighting red wolves host Northwood (Pittsboro, NC) to meet the Chargers in a Central 3A test on Monday, September 12. The Chargers come into the test with a record of 2-5. Northwood 3-3 in their recent non-league test against Jordan-Matthews (Siler City, NC)
