Colorado High School Soccer - Centaurus nudges Jefferson Academy

Centaurus Warriors (Lafayette, CO) fans were thrilled Thursday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Jefferson Academy Jaguars (Broomfield, CO), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Warriors confront the Steamboat Springs Sailors (Steamboat Springs, CO) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 10. Centaurus will attempt to better on its 3-2 season record. The Sailors enter the challenge with a 3-3 record after their 1-0 league loss to Eagle Valley (Gypsum, CO).

The Jaguars now have a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Standley Lake for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, September 13. Jefferson Academy will confront a Gators team coming off a 5-1 non-league loss to Longmont (Longmont, CO). The Gators record now stands at 2-4.
