Dixie Heights Colonels (Edgewood, KY) fans were thrilled Thursday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting St. Henry Crusaders (Erlanger, KY), 5-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Colonels face the Tates Creek Commodores (Lexington, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 10. Dixie Heights will attempt to better on its 9-1 season record. The Commodores enter the challenge with a 5-4 record after their 1-0 league loss to Paul Laurence Dunbar (Lexington, KY).

The Crusaders now have a 2-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Scott for a non-league challenge on Thursday, September 15.
