In Thursday's non-league battle, the visiting DSST: Byers Falcons soccer squad scored a close 1-0 win over the Prospect Ridge Academy Miners.
The Falcons (2-1) will now prepare for their battle against STEM School Highlands Ranch (Highlands Ranch, CO). The Spartans go into the 3A/2A Confluence battle with a 0-0 record.
The Miners (2-2) will now prepare for their battle against Fort Morgan (Fort Morgan, CO). The Mustangs go into the non-league battle with a 3-1 record. In their last battle, Fort Morgan nipped Falcon (Falcon, CO), 5-1, in a non-league battle.
