With the loss, La Marque moves to 1-6 on the year. The Cougars travel to Fort Bend Hightower (Missouri City, TX) to face the Hurricanes in a non-league contest on Thursday, September 8. The Hurricanes go into the contest with a record of 13-8. Fort Bend Hightower won 3-2 in their recent non-league contest against North Shore (Houston, TX)
