In Thursday's non-league battle, the host Hebrew Academy Warriors volleyball team scored a tight 3-2 triumph over the Scheck Hillel Community School Lions.

The Warriors now have a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host First Baptist for a non-league test on Monday, September 12. Hebrew Academy will confront a Tigers team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Miami Christian (Miami, FL). The Tigers record now stands at 0-1.

The Lions (0-3) will now prepare for their test against Doctors Charter (Miami, FL). The Hawks enter the non-league test with a 0-0 record.
