In Thursday's league battle, the host Russell-Tyler-Ruthton Knights volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg Fighting Saints.
The Knights (2-0) will now prepare for their battle against Prior Lake (Prior Lake, MN). The Lakers come into the non-league battle with a 0-3 record. In their last battle, Prior Lake lost by Chaska (Chaska, MN), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
