The Lansing Christian Pilgrims held off the visiting Olivet Eagles volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Thursday's league test.

The Pilgrims now have a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hillsdale Academy for a non-league test on Saturday, September 10. Lansing Christian will confront a Colts team coming off a 3-1 league win over Litchfield (Litchfield, MI). The Colts record now stands at 4-2.

The Eagles (1-4) will now prepare for their test against Stockbridge (Stockbridge, MI). The Panthers enter the Greater Lansing test with a 4-7 record. In their last test, Stockbridge was nudged by Lakewood (Lake Odessa, MI), 3-0, in a league test.
