The Maria Carrillo Pumas volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Petaluma Trojans to 0 in the Pumas non-league victory on Thursday.

The Pumas now have a 12-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Piner for a non-league game on Tuesday, September 13. Maria Carrillo will confront a Prospectors team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Santa Rosa (Santa Rosa, CA). The Prospectors record now stands at 0-11.

The Trojans (0-6) will now prepare for their game against Albany (Albany, CA). The Cougars enter the non-league game with a 7-9 record. In their last game, Albany gained a win over Hercules (Hercules, CA), 3-0, in a league game.
