The Seattle Christian Warriors topped the visiting Vashon Island Pirates volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Thursday's league test.

The Warriors now have a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Foster for a non-league contest on Saturday, September 10. Seattle Christian will battle a Bulldogs squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Chief Sealth (Seattle, WA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-1.

With the loss, Vashon Island moves to 0-1 on the year. The Pirates host Klahowya (Silverdale, WA) to battle the Eagles in a 1A Nisqually contest on Monday, September 12. The Eagles go into the contest with a record of 0-1. Klahowya lost 3-0 in their recent league contest against Annie Wright (Tacoma, WA)
