Ohio High School Football - Adena felled by Zane Trace

In Friday's league game, the Zane Trace Pioneers (Chillicothe, OH) football team were victorious over the visiting Adena Warriors (Frankfort, OH), by a score of 49-39.

The Pioneers (2-2) will now prepare for their game against Piketon (Piketon, OH). The Redstreaks come into the Scioto Valley game with a 4-0 record. In their last game, Piketon knocked off Huntington (Chillicothe, OH), 41-7, in a league game.

The Warriors now sport a 0-4 record. They take the field next when they host Southeastern for a Scioto Valley game on Friday, September 15. Adena will battle a Panthers team coming off a 49-9 league loss to Paint Valley (Bainbridge, OH). The Panthers record now stands at 1-3.
