The Alma Panthers football team (Alma, MI), was tipped 23-21 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Birch Run Panthers (Birch Run, MI)

The Panthers (3-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Frankenmuth (Frankenmuth, MI). The Eagles come into the Tri-Valley - Red challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, Frankenmuth nipped Glenn (Bay City, MI), 35-6, in a league challenge.

The Panthers now sport a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Glenn for a Tri-Valley - Red challenge on Friday, September 15. Alma will meet a Bobcats team coming off a 35-6 league loss to Frankenmuth (Frankenmuth, MI). The Bobcats record now stands at 0-3.
