Louisiana High School Football - Cohen succumbs to Reed

The Reed Olympians thwarted the host Cohen Green Hornets football team by a count of 33-8 in Friday's non-league outing.

With the win, Reed upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season. The Olympians host Crescent City Christian (Metairie, LA) to encounter the Pioneers in a non-league outing on Saturday, September 16. The Pioneers go into the outing with a record of 0-1.

The Green Hornets (1-1) will now prepare for their bout against Patrick Taylor Science & Tech Academy (Avondale, LA). The Tigers enter the non-league bout with a 2-0 record. In their last bout, Patrick Taylor Science & Tech Academy defeated Thomas Jefferson (Gretna, LA), 30-21, in a non-league bout.
