Texas High School Football - Hamshire-Fannett prevails Coldspring-Oakhurst

The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Hamshire-Fannett Longhorns (Hamshire, TX) and the host Coldspring-Oakhurst Trojans (Coldspring, TX), observed Hamshire-Fannett's football squad defeat Coldspring-Oakhurst by a count of 30-8.

The Longhorns now own a 3-0 record. They play next when they host Splendora for a non-league contest on Friday, September 15. Hamshire-Fannett will play a Wildcats squad coming off a 63-14 non-league loss to Galena Park (Galena Park, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-2.

Coming up next, the Trojans play the Corrigan-Camden Bulldogs (Corrigan, TX) in a non-league contest, on Friday, September 15. Coldspring-Oakhurst will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record. The Bulldogs go into the contest with a 0-3 record after their 56-0 non-league loss to Kirbyville (Kirbyville, TX).
